A 'Tale of Two Cities' with Jancis Robinson was a hugh success and led to an invitation to cook dinner at the Salon des Arts et Traditions Culinaires in France, where he appeared on French Television.
Patrick has not only worked all over the world for personal success, but has also travelled the world, giving many people the benefit of his skills and experience.
In conjunction with Great Cooks and Company, headed up by Patrick, we are offering a number of residential catering courses of which you can either join on your own, as a small group with other people, or we can tailor a bespoke course for you and friends.
We appreciate that clients want to improve their cooking skills in different areas . Our courses will be designed to ensure that you get the best out of benefiting from Patrick's experience.
Whether you have basic cookery skills, or if you are a competent cook and want to sharpen up or learn new techniques, our courses will cater for all levels and abilities.
All packages will include Villa accommodation, a course run by Patrick, and transport to and from the airport. Flights are NOT included but can be arranged.
