Overlooking the bay of Camp de Mar, South West Mallorca, our apartment is located within an exclusive development of just 30 apartments, protected by a telephone operated gated system. This modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is located on the first floor, overlooking the swimming pool and gardens and is only a few minutes walk away from the beach and restaurants.

The apartment offers full air conditioning (hot and cold), fitted kitchen with fridge freezer and microwave. There is also a washing machine. The lounge and dining area are fitted with high quality furnishings and have the benefit of state of the art audio visual equipment including satellite television, DVD and Hi-Fi system. As the position of the apartment is South facing, the balcony benefits from all day sun. For your comfort and protection, a sun canopy has been installed. Al-fresco dining can be enjoyed on the balcony, which is fully furnished with modern upholstered patio furniture.

For keen golfers, the apartment is within walking distance of the Dorint Golf & Spa Hotel, of which Andratx Golf Club is located in the grounds. There are also numerous other Golf Courses within 30 minutes drive of the apartment. Also for keen walkers, South West Mallorca is ideal for a winter holiday.

The costs indicated do not constitute rent but are a volantary contribution to the apartment upkeep! Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Complimentary group B car hire included for duration of holiday.
