We discovered Mallorca many years ago, particularly the historic town of Pollenca, Puerto Pollenca and more recently the South West of the island. We are proud to have over 350 luxury properties within our portfolio, so whether it be an apartment, traditional finca or modern villa, we are able to provide the full range of accommodation.
In addition to Mallorca, we offer quality villas and apartments in many other destinations including the neighbouring Balearic Islands of Menorca and Ibiza, Portugal’s Algarve and Lisbon regions, Florida and Gulf Coast, Malta & Gozo, Cyprus, Costa Del Sol, Costa Blanca and also further afield featuring luxury houses in Thailand, Brazil, Morocco and Barbados.
The Villa Holiday Specialists Ltd is privately owned and unlike many travel organisations, is still family run, offering all our customers the personal service to a wide range of Villas, Apartments and Hotel accommodation throughout the Mediterranean and beyond. We now have over 350 Villas and Apartments in our portfolio, all of which are privately owned and available during summer and winter months for holiday rentals.
Our Directors have combined industry experience of over 65 years, and having previously represented some of the leading worldwide blue chip companies such as BOC Gases, BMW, and CIS, we bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the company. In additon with many years experience within the Travel and Property industry, we can offer impartial and honest advice and make you realise your dream of a perfect holiday.

Each of our self catering properties is privately owned, having individual style and character. Whether you enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside or a property close to the amenities, The Villa Holiday Specialists has a property to suit all requirements.
We are proud of the portfolio of properties we offer and we insist on using only the most reliable and reputable management companies in the resorts that we feature.

We now have our own apartment in Camp De Mar, South West Mallorca, which is a exclusive all year round resort, ideal for golf and walking in the winter, spring and autumn seasons and sun worshippers in the summer.
Each of our properties are hand picked and inspected on a regular basis, to ensure the quality is consistently high as well as maintaining our own familiarisation of each villa or apartment and of course the areas that we feature.
The majority of our properties feature air conditioning as well as television, satellite, and DVD. Many also have washing machines and dishwashers.
You will find a range of accommodation from the large individually styled Villa with private pool to one bed/studio apartments.
